The kiddie paddling pool was awesome, the front office staff were helpful, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also great with variety to choose from, and child friendly.

I travelled from the UK, and am a seasoned traveller. I found this hotel to be good for a hotel in East Africa. It is safe, and clean, and the rooms are big and comfortable (bed was huge), also didn't see any insects or mosquitos in my room. Security guards outside, and in an area with lots of Govt Ministries and a big UN base, so plenty of security in the area. The staff were very helpful in general and even gave us a free transfer back to the airport. I feel that some of the bad reviews are from those less familiar with real African hotels. A 4-star in Entebbe is not going to be the same as a 4-star in New York, but perfectly comfortable for a few days.

Fitness room is a bit dated, and the pool wasn't clean but I wasn't planning on swimming - so just be aware if you are planning on using either of these. Coffee wasn't great, but there is a good cafe across the road.

Room full of mosquitos. Air condition warm never cold. Had to request a fridge noted only 50 available in hotel. Reported shower problem everyday until it was fixed on the last night. Only had part breakfast on 1st morning after which bought the same outside. The hotel is sad and run down not as advertised on booking.com. Even on check out payment problem causing card to be blocked by the bank which had been used for reservation having to use other. This hotel is not for International travellers

Nothing - Zero- avoid the horrible staff at this third rate overpriced place. Imperial - oh really!No lifts, given rooms along way from the the stairs. Two old ladies had to hobble the long way to their distant rooms.

NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. What appalling service. Disgraceful. On arrival they said that we had not paid for the extra guest - despite having booked two rooms for 3 guests. In the morning the two old ladies went for breakfast at 0730 - 0800 . The cleaning staff removed all bed sheets on their return at 0830 despite checkout at 1200. On complaining at the front desk the manager did nothing to assist.

My booking payment was guaranteed on my card and the money was blocked off by the bank. I was asked to pay at the facility which I did on check out Dec 26, 2023. Unfortunately for me, up to now (about a month later) the blocked amount is still on my card and this got me stranded with no access to funds in my card. I hope this can be sorted anon.

We had to carry our luggage a long way up and down stairs. The room was large but the shower floor tiles weren’t very clean. The restaurant was t open. It wasn’t very good value for money. We stayed at a hotel in Kasese the night before for 1/3 of the price and the offerings were much better - easier room access, restaurant with a good range of food, mosquito nets etc.

Ethiopian receptionist the worst one I experience ever You checkout 1 minute after 12 pm full day charge . Horrible ! Not even late checkout charge !

Location, scenery, and room were perfect. Reception was great in the morning and during the day. The manager was accessible and welcoming.

We arrived late at night, and reception was not very good. The hotel looked dark, deserted, and poor lighting with no sign of warmness. No lift, we had 6 suitcases....

Room and room furniture need total overhaul,no hot water,no wifi,noisy, un proffessional staff most esp house keepers.Breakfast is equally bad.

Location was great and the service overall friendly and good.

Shuttle cost extra - a steep $15 which a hotel of this stature should be able to include for free. The facilities need maintenance and are not in the best condition. No lift in the block where reception is!

Advise to all interested travelers via booking.com - read the reviews first- We were not expected- We were told:-- 1/ we did not book-- 2/ price (90$ standard was way too low and impossible-- 3/ price was for single room-- 4/ booking.com prices were not correct-- 5/ standard rooms were finished but upgrade would only cost little-- 6/ we realy were sure we wanted a standard room-- 7/ you first check standard and deluxeAfter minutes of discussing between 4 staff people about which room they should gives us they sent us with a staff member to show the rooms telling us You first check and decide if you realy want this room...We started getting annoyed telling them we dont like these practices - the brought us to an uncleaned room too dirty to accept with mice poopoo under the curtains telling us this is standard - do you want this - after refusing he showed us a Victorian style absolute different room telling us we better take this.Our level of acceptance was already at boiling point. We explained him that if a hotel does not have the booked rooms available it should give upgrades for free - where he showed the expected customer satisfaction telling us he would give this "upgrade" for the same price - still realy not worth the 90 dollars after genius discount - imagine 120 dollars.This led to a furious discussion between the good guy and the horrible desklady who laughed in our face when we started getting annoyed. Not agreeing with her male colleague she first called the absent hotel manager.After reading all comments, we believe this is a standard strategy of this Hotel management towards whites to gain addiotional as milking milk cows.Besides this horrible entrance there was only one cup, inclinged sugar, one bottle of water and no coffee in the room.The whole hotel (and it is huge) is in a very bad state of construction and dirty overall.

Easy to find location on map. Good parking area. Fair lobby. Reciption requested extra money and did not accept Booking through the website. We refused and asked for management. Then they accept. You need to walk upstairs (one or two floors depend on type of room). No elevators. Room was clean and big enough. Clean toilet. AC is good. Boiler is available with supplemented coffee and tea. Bed was pretty big and comfortable. Fair breakfast. The hotel is located in front of a mall. very close to the center. Good restaurants in the area and easy ti find Uber and boda boda.

Reciption refuse Booking at the beginning. Employee need extra training to understand online booking. Everything else was good.
